The New Year is bringing new changes to The Spires team! We would like to formally announce two position changes within our Information Center.
Monika Lawrence
Director of Marketing
Joining our team as a sales counselor in 2018, Monika Lawrence quickly made her mark and proved to be an essential part of the team on Broad Street. We are excited to say that starting in 2019, Monika will be serving as the Director of Marketing for The Spires at Berry College.
In this role, Monika will be responsible for all of our sales and marketing efforts, working with internal and external teams to continue building our community of future residents. Monika (a future resident herself!) will continue to serve as a sales counselor, guiding prospective residents towards the best decision for their future.
Since Monika began her role as a sales counselor, she has demonstrated enormous capacity for leadership and a deep passion for our mission at The Spires. She was instrumental in pushing our team to reach the pivotal Groundbreaking milestone, and she continues to encourage forward momentum. We are lucky to have her leading our team, and can’t wait for her fresh perspective!
Christine Earp
Personalization Program Coordinator
Many of you know Christine Earp as the energetic smile that welcomes everyone who walks through our front doors. We are very happy to announce that she will be channeling her organizational skills and deep care for future residents into a new role as the Personalization Program Coordinator.
In this position, Christine will oversee the Personalization Program where our future residents will be selecting the customizable options for their new home. Christine is excited to help residents select each color and finish that will truly make The Spires their home.
Once the Personalization Program wraps up in late spring of 2019, Christine will become the Move-In Coordinator for our community and assist residents through their moving process. We will be hiring a Marketing Assistant to take over in Christine’s former role, but in the meantime, you’ll still find her welcoming all potential new residents and answering your every question about The Spires!
