Recognition from the City of Rome, Georgia

We are honored to share that on June 18, The Spires at Berry College received a letter of endorsement from the City of Rome. The formal letter signed by Mayor Jamie Doss expressed the city’s recognition of The Spires as “an excellent addition to the City of Rome as the first continuing care retirement community in NW Georgia.” He goes on to state, “The City of Rome recognizes the economic impact a community like this can have on a city like Rome.” The letter conveys the city’s anticipation of welcoming a dynamic group of new residents to Rome, as well as the job opportunities that it will create for current residents.

As construction continues and we prepare for our 2020 opening, we greatly appreciate the support from Mayor Doss and the City of Rome. We look forward to continuing to strengthen our relationship with this wonderful city and its residents.
