The Spires at Berry College recently received a deficiency-free rating for the second consecutive year after undergoing a rigorous comprehensive survey by the Georgia Department of Community Health. We received zero deficiencies in all three Magnolia Place neighborhoods – assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing – confirming a successful demonstration of all state and federal requirements for care, services, environment and more. We’re incredibly proud of these results, which would not be possible without the incomparable dedication of The Spires’ caregivers, associates and leadership. This pinnacle of recognition in senior living serves as further proof of our community’s deep commitment to exceptional care.
