The Spires at Berry College proudly presents CONDUCTORCISE®, a one-of-a-kind program where you can strengthen your heart and open your ears. Recent nonagenarian and highly decorated Maestro David Dworkin will lead us in an invigorating upper body workout as we learn basic conducting techniques and experience the joy of classical music.
Named one of North America’s most Innovative Active Aging programs by the International Council on Active Aging, Dworkin’s CONDUCTORCISE® has been featured on Retirement Living TV and NBC‘s Today show, as well as in the New York Times, Symphony magazine, Town & Country and AARP, among many others. This unique approach to exercise invites everyone – with or without a musical background – to keep their body and mind “in tune.”
