Here at Magnolia Place, we understand the very special nature of caring for those with cognitive or memory impairment as a result of Alzheimer’s or dementia. Rather than looking back for answers, we look forward, embracing the dignity and experience of each individual in order to create a care plan that is tailored to their needs.
Employing a progressive curriculum that incorporates art, music and direct personal interaction, residents who have mild-to-profound symptoms of Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other forms of memory loss disorders are made to feel safe in our comfortably appointed Memory Care neighborhood. Staff here are not only individually trained in cognitive best practices for memory support, but also encouraged to engage with family members in order to ensure a collaborative and individualized approach to care. With a private courtyard for Memory Care residents, this neighborhood functions as a safe haven within Magnolia Place.
Costs – All-inclusive rate is $5,400 per month. This rate includes all potential levels of care and medication management. Rates also include utilities, maintenance, housekeeping and all meals, snacks and refreshments.
Entrance Fees – For residents of The Spires, there is no additional entrance fee for relocation to Magnolia Place. Residents entering Magnolia Place from outside of The Spires will be responsible for paying a non-refundable Community Fee of $1,500.
